What to expect from your retreat:
There will be an optional 20-minute meditation before class, followed by morning practice. The morning practice will be dynamic and energising, to build on stamina. Sevda will teach alignment-based postures and movement to link the body and breath to allow the body to move more fluidly. Everyone should come into this class with an open mind as we will touch on our technique first, to protect our bodies. So, if you are totally new, you will be able to follow and enjoy all the yoga. If you have done yoga for years, I will guide you into a deeper experience.
Evening classes will be a restorative practice, to allow the body to heal and recharge, ready for the next day of our yoga asana.
Sevda has been studying yoga for over 20 years. She is a respected teacher who is influenced by Iyenger, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. BWY trained, Sevda has been teaching in London for many years and specialises in teaching retreats around the world. She teaches in India, Turkiye, Crete, Egypt, Spain, Cuba and throughout the UK.
Prices include accommodation, twice daily yoga sessions and all delicious vegetarian meals.
Not included: Flights, transfers, excursions, drinks.
