Jediah discovered Ashtanga Yoga in India in1991 and has been practicing ever since. She began teaching in 2007 and has completed many hours of trainings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga, and has more recently completed a year of study in Mindfulness and Meditation with Martin Aylward and Mark Coleman .
Since 2009 Jediah has studied with world renowned teacher of non-dual Tantra, Clive Sheridan and her classes are greatly influenced by his unique cocktail of meditation, pranayama, asana and the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta .
Students can expect a potent healing and transformative practice that delights the senses and awakens personal evolution, a practice that cleanses and empowers your vision and purpose and aligns with the teachings of the great mystery, the divine and the elaborate design that we call life. Jediah loves to accompany the class with music, laughter and great adjustments.
Jediah is honoured to have been called to the path of yoga, she’s grateful to all the teachers that have illuminated her life and welcomes all her students with kindness and compassion to be inspired to explore and to awaken to their potential. She teaches regular retreats in beautiful destinations and fuses yoga and the teachings of the medicine wheel, culminating in a process and ceremony called ‘The altar of our lives’. She believes the breath is the ultimate medicine.
