Daily yoga & sound bath
Katy and Kate have approximately thirty years of yoga teaching experience between them ! So know you’re in safe hands. A variety of yoga practices will be available, with an emphasis on deep relaxation.
Katy will offer her wonderful crystal singing bowl sound baths to soothe the body, mind and spirit.
Accommodation & facilities
A beautiful retreat centre, in the heart of Wales, approximately 2 hours from the Wirral. The rooms are ensuite, and you can choose either a single or shared room. If wild swimming is your thing there is a lake to enjoy, and weather permitting we will enjoy walks from the retreat centre. There is also a sauna and fire pit. All the food is vegetarian with dietary requirements catered for.
Katy and Kate – Gentle Gaia Yoga
Katy and Kate have been running retreats together since 2019, specialising in sharing special yoga events for women, with a focus on celebrating the sacred feminine. Our retreat in Llanidloes will offer a peaceful space for you to Nurture in Nature, with daily yoga, crystal singing bowl sound baths and time in nature to recharge our batteries. No prior yoga experience required.
