There are only 13 places available at this retreat, so you will receive undivided attention, and the classes will be tailored to suit your personal needs.
2 Yoga sessions each day.
A morning and Evening Yoga session, including Pranayama and Meditation. The Chakra Sound Healing or Yoga Nidra sessions will be held later in the evening.

Rachel a qualified Karuna Yoga teacher and Sound Healing Therapist.
She trained with Ruth White in 2002 for 2 years. Karuna is an approach to the yoga practice with emphasis on alignment of the spine and balance, strength and flexibility of the mind and body. Rachel has over 30 years’ experience in holistic therapies and has developed a therapeutic approach to her yoga teaching. Her main goal is to give her students a more positive and healthier outlook on life and to adopt a less stressful state of mind, body and spirit.

The transfer from Dalaman Airport in Turkey to your destination will be arranged for you on request. (Approximately a 30 minutes transfer)
This can be organized for you, once you have booked the Retreat and your flight.
The Retreat arrival time is from 4pm on Saturday 20th and the Departure is 12 noon on Saturday 27th of September.
