Join seasoned retreat host Ali for her debut at Almeria. Known for her inclusive, warm and creative teaching style Ali invokes a sense of self enquiry both on and off the mat. She loves to share her yoga knowledge of asana, pranayama and philosophy with guests of all levels. With over 35 years of yoga experience her wisdom and passion for yogic practice shines through in every breath.
Cultivating Connection During this warm yoga week, our intention is to cultivate a radiant connection—within ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world surrounding us. Yogastarr retreats provide pockets of wisdom, time for reflection and a deepening sense of self awareness.
Self-Connection: Through daily practices of yoga, breathwork, self-discovery and meditation, we seek to explore the depths of our inner selves. Morning yoga sessions designed to stimulate and encourage the natural movement patterns of your individual body, while evening practices emphasize relaxation and surrender, promoting a sense of tranquillity.
Connection with Others: Within our shared space, we will foster a sense of kula (community), respect and support. Trust is an essential aspect of a Yogastarr retreat.
