The living space, dining room and yoga shala of our Cambrian mountain holiday venue all have large windows with expansive views. The whole venue is kept cosy with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.
It’s a really wonderful location for a get-away-from-it-all retreat for yogis, walkers, wild swimmers, cyclists and nature lovers. The centre is on the long-distance walking trail, The Glyndwr Way, and only minutes from the Hafren Forest with numerous trails leading to the source of the River Severn. The area is renowned for its red kites and ospreys on the nearby lakes. There is also a wild swimming pool on the nearby river and a fire pit in the grounds.
Jane, Rowan and fabulous chef Sarah, who some of you will know from our other retreats in Wales, will be there to run everything with their usual efficiency and joy providing the usual great hosting for which we are well known.
‘I won’t ever forget your hospitality, your kindness, your joy and your hard work to take care of us and provide us with delicious meals!’ Ingrid
