Fenella has been teaching yoga for over 35 years and enjoys teaching different themes to make classes fun and varied. She welcomes all abilities, modifying postures for those with less experience and challenging those with more. Her style is Hatha flow and she runs classes in SW London and through her online platform Yoga Classes at Home.
